2010年1月1日起，所有在歐盟市場銷售的門窗都經過CE認證，其產品加貼CE標識，才能在市場范圍內銷售。門CE認證及窗CE認證根據EN14351-1:2006+A1:2010標準進行認證。門窗CE認證由歐盟會認可的具備相關資質能力的公告機構（Notified Body）進行測試并發證。

從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產品CPR (Construction Product Regulation簡稱CPR)將CPR取代原來的建筑產品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱CPD指令)，歐盟CPR將對門窗CE認證要求更加嚴格。

門窗CE認證初步測試：
water tightness: 水密性測試 EN1027
Air permeability: 氣密性測試 EN1026
Resistance to wind load: 抗風壓測試 EN12211
Load-bearing capacity of safety devices: EN948 扣緊裝置的安全性

門窗CE認證標準：
EN14351-1:2006+A1:2010—Windows and doors—Product standard, performance characteristics-Part 1: Windows and external pedestrian door set without resistance to fire and/or smoke leakage characteristics.
EN14351-1:2006+A1:2010—門窗，產品標準、性能特征，無防火或無防毒特性的窗和入戶門。

EN13241-1:2003—Industrial, commercial and garage doors and gates – Product standard - Part 1: Products without fire resistance or smoke control characteristics.
